Even though the recipe says warm, I'm pretty sure it's a lie, because in the last step it says to cool overnight or refrigerate before cutting. Hmm ( Read more... )

If you do, I'd abolustely have to recommend adding some kind of pumpkin pie spice to the batter or the pumpkin butter - I thought it was AMAZINGLY yummy (I ate half the damn thing in a day), but it could really benefit from the spice, too!
