Satay stir-fry sauce

So I'm bored, I saw this community, and I cook a lot. In particular, I cook a lot of stir-fry dishes, and so I've come up with quite a variety of sauces to add flavour. ah! Thanks for the water tip. that's why all my stir-fries end up sticking to the wok. :P

Hehe. If you ever watch the cooks at a noodle bar, you'll notice them doing the same thing from a big pot, which is how I learnt the trick. You'll also notice if you ever catch them at closing time that it's a pot of chicken stock :( But water works just as well and it tastes better without the chicken stock anyway!
