Sounds yummy. I keep looking for new ways to make tofu now that I've decided I like it, even if it's not hidden.

(Haha... I also appreciate the reminder to not add a liquid to hot oil. It can be a bit painful.)

Am I the only person in the world that must not have ever had good tofu before? I just can't understand :( I swear I must just be horrible at it. It really can't be that bad if this many people like it!

Tofu and seitan are the hardest things in the world to make I think; their texture requires a lot of love and care.

Tofu has a taste that I can't get out of my mouth even hours after I've had it. I've tried it in restaurants, I've tried making it myself, I've tried it in pre-packaged things like grounds for starters, strips for starters that sort of thing.

I guess it really does have a taste that I dislike, but I have such a hard time believing that.

Well, you can't like everything! I feel bad because your tastebuds have disallowed you one of my favourite foods, but there's still tonnes of protein out there for ya.
