haha yeah the picture doesn't do it justice. it doesn't look like a pretty rich pumpkin color, but that's mostly due to the spices throwing the color off i think. but it's definitely DELISH!

This sounds delicious but looks kind of.. gray. Is that really the color it turns out? I may have trouble convincing anyone else to eat it in that case, but I wouldn't have a problem with it.

it does look kind of gray in the picture, but i took it with my camera phone so i didn't expect it to be high quality. but yeah, it's not the same color as pumpkin pie... it's a bit darker due to the spices, i think. there's probably more tofu and tofutti in it than pumpkin, which also may be why.

my MIL (who is a dreadful meat and potatoes lady) tried it and said it was good. but i'm not really willing to push it on anybody else cuz my belly wants it AAAAAAAAAALLL;)
