I usually make leek potato soup every other month or so (in gigantic, week-long eating batches), I'll definitely go with some roasted garlic next time around!

I eat potato leek soup with a little bit of the adobo sauce that chipotles come in. Mmmmm.

I'm gonna try your recipe though. And I'm going to try the thing with the kale, too-- I need to learn to like leafy greens.
