Chile de Dioses

While looking through my stash for recipes containing cocoa powder, I came across my friend's amazing chili recipe. To give credit where due, this recipe was put together by the amazing Pax, who gave it the appropriately arrogant title, Chile de Dioses. There are quite a few ingredients, but it's very tasty.

soyrizo is vegan chorizo; chorizo is a sort of spicy mexican sausage. If you can't find it in your local grocery store, you can make it by sauteeing the following 1/2 c rehydrated TVP seasoned with paprika, chili powder, cilantro/parsley, orgeno, cumin. Chorizo recipe thanks to user katnyu002.

I'm not familiar with the other brand. Assuming it's tasty and the texture would work out to be sort of "ground meaty," it should work out.

Awesome, I'm not sure of my Pax's full name. Some call him Paxananda... so that very well could be it.

Yay! I'm super hungry right now and craving this chili. I have a nice long break between work and school tomorrow, so tomorrow that craving will be satisfied.
