OMGZ I love this recipe. I've been making different kinds of curried vegs, so thanks for your recipe. I'll have to try the Mango Lassi with soy yoghurt.

This is one of my FAVORITE RECIPES OF ALL TIME.

I always throw in some broccoli, too, instead of just cauliflower. It's also good to add some extra coconut milk (full fat! Not "lite!") and curry powder, so there's more juiciness for the rice to absorb.
