Well...I did the Yourself!Fitness workout this morning, and it was really great! I was sore almost immediately, and I'm really feeling it now. I am going to my first yoga class tomorrow evening (from the gift certificate I bought at the silent auction), and I'm worried about having a decent range of motion for it! We volunteered this morning at the Central Virgnia Food Bank, where I dropped off 100+ cans of food from the kindergarten where I am student teaching (the kids collected 100 cans of food for the 100th day of school). Well, it looks like I will be keeping the kitten at least temporarily. I can't seem to find a suitable home for him (at least I think it's a him), and I suppose being kept isolated in a separate room is better than being hit by a car on the street.
