I have a feeling you're going for cucumber sandwiches w/ cream cheese? If not, I've been using chestnut puree on my bagels and I think it's the tastiest spread out there. Obviously it doesn't taste like cream cheese, but on a cinnamon raisin bagel it is great. If you have a fancy food aisle at your local grocery store, they might have it. It's this stuff: http://cart.burnhamknickknacks.com/Mall/shop.php?i=B0001217B8 Or you can get just plain chestnut puree and add sugar, some vanilla and maybe cinnamon to it.

Or you can just ask your local store to order you some vegan cream cheese. Tofutti's Better Than Cream Cheese (the non-hydrogenated version) is delicious! They also make a herbed version, which may be what your store already carries. Just ask; it shouldn't be too hard to get some in soon!

Ditto. These are super-easy and turn out beautifully with Earth Balance and plain soy milk. (Using vanilla soy works but seems to give them a bit of an odd undertaste.)
