Black Bean and Olive Burgers (soy-free / wheat-free)

I've had a 51 oz. can of olives sitting in the cupboard for a while now (purchased at the local Cash and Carry, of course) so I decided I would make up something that required a lot of olives.

I just cant imagine what else you could do with so many olives.
51 ounces is quite a large amount. :)

Yes, it always seems smaller in the store.... Sadly, this recipe only took care of about 1/3 of the can.

I love black beans and olives, so this sounds great! ^^
Out of curiosity, how many burgers did it make?

I haven't used all of it yet, but I'm sure you could get at least 10 good sized patties out of this.

This is totally on my diet!

By the way, for the user who couldn't think of another use for 51 oz. of olives...I could put that away in one sitting! That would also be good for putting together a large batch of hummus or other bean dip (I like Great Northern beans in place of - or in conjunction with - chickpeas to mix it up).
