I haven't tried tofurkey, yet...one of these days!
Maybe everyone already knows this, but I just wanted to put a warning out there in case someone doesn't - Worcestershire sauce often has anchovies in it. So, check the label. I have seen a vegan version, though...

i stress checking the label on every single thing you buy, & knowing what ingredients are animal-derived. most soy cheese are NOT vegan. & it totally sucks. animal ingredients a to z is the best resource on this i've ever seen.

Have you tried Seitan? I think Seitan is better in that its cheaper and is almost exactly the same (in fact, I think the ingredients are the same).

yeah, i've tried seitan.

i do believe that for the amount of tofurky that you get in one box, it's cheaper than just buying seitan [at least in the stores that i go to]. plus, tofurky also has stuffing in it, which if you buy by itself plus an amount of seitan equal to that of a tofurky, it would cost you a lot more. plus, the cooking method for tofurky is a lot easier than just using seitan because of its outer layer.
