This week-end

-          Went to flea market and sadly realised that flea markets are pricing their items like antique dealers. No treasures to be found and all I wanted was over-priced.

-          Fell madly in love with vintage medical equipment like an hydraulic swivelling autopsy table, 60’s wheelchair, old dialysis machine and 50CC glass syringe ( Read more... )

So sad about Mircalla! I wanted to order massive amounts, but was waiting for their new District collection to come out in October.

Yellow cardigan is yellow (and it suits you :) )!

I hope The District is going to be interesting. The newer collections left me cold and I did not order aside these 3 bottles mentionned in the post. Mircalla is not bad tho, but its massive cloves to begin with then it fades faster than the time it takes for me to down a pint of beer.

You should post more. I miss having perfume reviews and bullet point entries from you.

Good! :)

Same thing here regarding their last collections; found Mircalla interesting for me, Hellgate of Ireland for the boyfriend. But then that was it ;~; I think the District will be a collection about New Orleans' red light, Storyville (and hopefully we'll get to have Storyville ressurected...).

I think I must have started about 10 posts, but never find the time or the will to finish one off... Especially since I now have lots of pictures to sort and resize.

Go! Chances are that if they're 3 weeks away, even if you told them today that you weren't coming, they would end up paying for those meals anyway since I think that's how catering works (I don't actually know because we haven't looked into it too much yet).

Are they the kind of people who would appreciate something handmade or something that's funny/witty but not expensive? If they're good friends they won't care how much they get from you. I know that I'm not expecting an expensive gift from some of my friends, but if they didn't get me anything or got me somethings stupid and meaningless I'd be more offended than if they got me something small and nice and suited to my tastes.
