A week with no panic? Hell has frozen over.
This has been a rather odd week. I have no major exams, projects, or papers due. This has led to a sense of being adrift in a sea of confusion with no clue what to do. On top of this, I have also felt compulsively social all week long. Much to some people's dismay, I am sure ( Read more... ) -
Attack of the 100ft. Muse!
So today was a wonderful day. I adore thunderstorms: something about the wild, melodic nature of them. The flashes of lightning this morning were almost a pink-ish white and cast a pink glow whenever they struck. The sound of rain against window pains is also a nice sound that I find bizarrely calming. And then, there is the thunder. I love how it ( Read more... ) -

Alas, it is the end of Spring Break and the beginning of the last part of the semester. I enter this last lap of the race with little reserves, but a lot of hope for the race's end. A few more months, and I will be in Europe again. That should keep me going through the next few months. Also, I'm getting paid to do something I love. I realized today ( Read more... ) -

Break was too short this year. It may sound preposterous to those of you who know me, and know that I get restless without a great deal of work to keep me occupied, but I will actually admit that I wouldn't mind having another week off. An unexpected weekend
For all the forecasts predicting an Icy Apocalypse yesterday, it really wasn't that bad. I was all prepared to be snowed and iced in for days, but it turns out that it's nice enough to allow me to go in to the library today to get some reading done ( Read more... ) -
Teh school... It eats me.
I though I might do NaNoWriMo this month. How sadly mistaken I was. Am now sniffling and trying to study for my childhood development exam, which is in approximately 4 hours. After that, though, I get to play with my Roman animal bones, so that will be fun. Also get to pay overdue fines on library books- not so fun. Oh well. Such is life ( Read more... ) -
