Never be passive aggressive to your doctors, insurance company, social security offices, lawyers, ANYONE, when it comes to a debilitating condition. From only the little time at D*C we spent together, I understand being an asshole isn't really your personality like it is mine, But believe me, I know how you feel when you get to the point where you're fucking fed up and in pain and you break down and cry. Thank God that I don't have migraines every day and that my seizures don't happen every day, but they have been much much worse in the past than they are now. I've broken chairs, doors, glasses, dishes, not to mention several small joints and my nose multiple times. If you feel you have no option left but to vent your frustrations about your situation upon those who are supposed to be helping you? Then do so
( ... )
I have a list of phone calls that will be made tomorrow. Some were going to get made today, but I spent the afternoon taking pictures of houses my dad has insured. It was just as much fun as it sounds.
I know this is random, but have you tried wearing a magnetic bracelet/necklace? We just got into the whole magnet thing, and the people that we have spoken with that have had chronic migranes, have had almost immediate relief. I know that your headaches are probably a lot more complicated, but it might be worth a shot. http://www.emagneticsolutions.com/ That's the company we've been working with. If you want, when I come into NC for Memorial Day, I can bring you a necklace to try out. (It can also be wrapped around your wrist or ankle to wear as a bracelet.) Just lemme know!
I'll have to ask around about this and do a little research, but at this point I'm willing to try just about anything. Anything but crazy witch doctors.
War Journal - awesome name. They need to get off their butts and take care of this situation. This sucks that it has taken you this long to figure out what's wrong. Good luck with the therapeutic vacation. I can't meet ya in game, but if you need to talk for a minute, lemme know.
You will be in my thoughts, I hope the disability claim and other things work out. This is exactly what taxpayer money should be for, anyway, especially since crap can happen to anyone, any time.
I hope you get lucky and the war journal reveals something that's gone unnoticed...a trigger, or at least some habits that help reduce your level of pain.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that your disability claim is approved quickly.
