Ok, well I have not posted in a while. I suppose it's because I have been in a pretty bad mood and just not wanting to post about that. I don't want people to think all I do is complain. So, I just got out of a class and a girl I know in there said she had Washington (my one senior project teacher) for graphic design and that she is just a horrible ( Read more... )

Out of curiosity, if you don't mind, what exactly happens when you have a conversation with someone you barely know or just met? If there's nothing really backing it besides lack of experience then you could probably just use a healthy does of desensitization which can easily be acheived by talking to new people(catch 22 but it will have to happen eventually). You also have the infamous conversation starter "do you like stuff?" everyone will obviously answer yes to that, which is followed with "What kind of stuff?" Unfortunatly most of the time people think your refering to drugs, which is fine if you use drugs because then you will probably have lots of things to talk about, but not so great if you don't. Then you have your conversation savers like "If you can be any type of tree what kind would you choose and why?" or "Do you like cheese?" those you can use in an emergency if a long uncomfortable silence comes up and you still want to talk to whoever, almost always a new better topic will come up, and if they ask why you would ( ... )
