Computer still borked. At least it connects to the internet again, which means I was able to successfully isolate and replace one of the damaged files

I swapped out my icon of Dean for this grumpy bastard. I think I'll have to find one as good as Lady Cas-Cas to replace it with.

It's good yes? Mind you, I'm so used to subs that I cringed when I finally heard the voice-over at the end. (Is hoping for both Padelecki and Ackles *and* a Nihongo version. Will watch both)

Hey, at least he's a cute grumpy bastard. That counts for something, right? But you should. Lady Cascas is far too amusing, but there are lots of other good ones too.

It really is. And I love that the style suits the feel of the show. I wasn't much on the voice-over either, though. (Is hoping for that too, and will totally watch both.)

Hehe. Neither is as pretty. At least, with the angles we saw here. I'm waiting on seeing more teasers before I declare it though.

Seems like a pretty standard Madhouse design for them though - they never make their characters particularly pretty, not even for Devil May Cry. Are Ackles and Padelecki definitely doing the voicework for this? I heard somewhere that they might just be voicing the first couple of episodes.

That design does work for SPN - I can think of a millionty things that woukld have been wrong.

I've not heard anything definite about the dub cast - I don't want to be spoiled for SPN season 6, so I miss a lot of these details.

The animation reminds me of Death Note. Did I miss something, or is it somehow related artistically?

It has been done by the same animation studio, so that probably explains why those stylistic similarities exist - and yeah, very strong echoes of Death Note.

Not that I think that's a bad thing at aaaall.

*grins* Well, that animation looks familiar...seconding the DN influence. *bounces* Can't wait for this anime. It's going to be either epic fail or epic win and either way, I want to be there for it...

*eek* I hope you got your keys back. Brothers can be such a pain in the ass sometimes. I can sympathize there as well.

As for the animated Supernatural... I think I just squeed. :D
