Shaping Up

I try to be pretty mindful of the state of my body. I refuse to ever "let myself go." Thankfully I have a high enough metabolism that it doesn't take much to maintain general fitness. I passively workout every day by parking further away than I have to, walking fast, taking stairs instead of elevators, etc ( Read more... )

Congrats on the excellent progress, I admire your drive. It's inspiring to watch you will yourself into a better lifestyle and change yourself in a healthy way.

By the way, I'm making it a point to comment more in your lj to apparently bring us closer together. :D
