I try to be pretty mindful of the state of my body. I refuse to ever "let myself go." Thankfully I have a high enough metabolism that it doesn't take much to maintain general fitness. Grandmother's funeral was a lot easier than granddad's. I definitely felt more of a bond with granddad, and respected him more than any man I've ever met. My grandfather finally kicked the bucket a few days ago, having lived 100 years and 9 days. In those hundred years, he had touched the lives of many and had limitless stories to recount.
