Crowley was in a very, very strange predicament.

Currently he was heading over to Nodoka's apartment to meet her. She had no clue what had happened to him- for the last several weeks, he had been avoiding her

Nodoka was nervous. It wasn't that having Crowley come over was something she should be embarrassed about or anything (she had tided up and cleaned up, even if a lot of her time was spent next door taking care of Carl) but it was the fact that she hadn't seen him in a while. It made her worry about all the little things that she shouldn't be worried about - like how she looked, how her home looked, if she should have made a cake, those sorts of things. Little things that she really, really shouldn't be worried about when she would be meeting Crowley again.

Hearing the knock at the door, she jumped up and rushed over. She paused a little, confused, sure she could hear the mutter of voices outside - did Crowley bring a friend? Then she should have made a cake - she knew she should have made a cake. Biting her lip a little she shook her head. Crowley looked down at Nodoka, slightly taken back that she seemed to have grown since the last time he saw her. Wait. Of course- Hanna's body was shorter than his old one, so it was only natural that Nodoka would appear taller than she was.

There was a bit of a pang in the depths of Crowley's being as he saw Nodoka's blushing face. How could he tell her this without making her worry? It seemed like an impossible task.

"Er, Nodoka," said a voice from Hanna's mouth that was probably very familiar to the young girl. "This is where it gets a bit complicated. Can I come in?"
