[Well, Ragna wasn't expecting him to actually come. There was one man standing out in the middle of the Plaza at the designated time so he assumed that was Vash. So that was the guy Noel was dating? Huh, well he doesn't appear to be dangerous. ]

Vash was it?

[He takes a moment to crack his knuckles. If Vash gives the wrong response he's ready to punch.]
