Vash stood in the middle of the plaza, twiddling his thumbs. Who was this guy? He literally came out of nowhere, saying that Noel was "stupider than usual" and it was Vash's fault. It didn't make sense. Sure, the guy might have been acting like a big brother, but the man was keen on thinking that Vash was a bad guy, when he clearly hadn't done anything to support that way of thinking.
Well, whatever happened, Vash was sure that he would persuade the man that he was going to be alright with Noel. He was optimistic that way.
