Typically, Izaya walked by most new people thrown into the world of Vatheon. He would meet them later and unless something about them drew in his attention, he obviously didn't care. Today was hardly any different as he strutted along the sidewalk when he notices something very familiar. Very familiar to his own place of origin- and well- that's a first. He stopped instantly and turned his head to make absolute sure.
Yes.
That's a Raira uniform. He would know it anywhere. A lot of people in Vatheon wore school uniforms but none were those specific ones. No way. He instantly looked up and -. While the face was familiar, Izaya couldn't peg a name. Which was probably a good thing for this kid.
Not for long though. He turned on heel and strolled directly over. Normally, he'd worry about making a better entrance but today, he can't bring himself to care.
"Whoa! No way!" he suddenly exclaimed, forgetting his original task. What caught him off guard was the mark under the kid's eye. He leaned down and got right in his face. "I've never

Different worlds is a little beyond what Yoshimune is confident to handle on his own, really, but there's no point in worrying over it. He's just deciding what to do, when a familiar voice catches his attention. The boy turns around, nearly taking a step back on reflex when the older man approaches. He blinks, but allows Izaya to get close with just a slight frown. His look is one of recognition, not pure confusion.
What's with that question? Seriously? He'd like to ask what's going on (okay, then again, maybe he shouldn't ask this guy), but that can be set aside for the moment. If there's some reason why the broker is pretending not to know him (or if he's just messing around), it's probably a good idea to play along...
"Yeah, that's right." He nods, offhandedly wiping a drop of water out of his eyes.
Izaya angled his head to the side to peer more intently at this kid. Now that he thought about it, he was pretty familiar. He could detect that recognition on his face as clear as day which wasn't surprising to Izaya. Yet nothing came to mind and he sighed, surrendering.
"Do I know you?" he asked, and it was in such a tone of voice that said he recognized him to some extent. Unfortunately, he's really not messing around or anything like that. "Ah! Did you hang out with Mikado and those guys at some point?" he asked. He felt a little off-centered. It was pretty unusual for Izaya to not be able to recall details like a whole person.
The boy doesn't seem bothered by the scrutiny, he just stares right back. Judging by Izaya's tone, either the man is serious or he isn't expecting Yoshimune to play along. He nods.
"Yes. I sit next to Ryuugamine-san in class, and I met you while I was with him and the other two." 'The other two' don't need names to be recognized, surely. Fortunately, it seems like his PDA was well enough made that it hasn't given up the ghost after getting wet, so he does something on it with the one hand not holding that towel.
"You've invited me to play 'detectives' a few times. That's it." Holding up his phone, it's displaying a list of call history. It shows one from Izaya's number. He's hoping that might jog the man's memory, if he's really forgotten.
[Usually the tattoo appears in more discreet places. Hajime notices the obvious marking on the stranger's face, oddly indiscreet, and hesitates for a second. If you're going to bother, now is the time.]
[A second's hesitation is all the boy needs to notice the other, and he looks up. A brief pause, and then there's a smile on his face as he walks over.]
[Slightly annoyed? Maybe. He hasn't seen this person before and out of the way they approach so easily, they must be new. The stranger isn't dripping wet, the usual indicator of newbies.]

[Yep, newbie. His clothes are probably still a bit damp even if this is later on, but that might be hard to see...]
I'm new here, so I just thought I'd introduce myself. [The kid either doesn't pick up on the annoyance or opts not to heed it.] I'm Miyoshi Yoshimune, it's nice to meet you.
[Red happened to be by the plaza as usual. He smiles out calmly to the newcomer, witnessing his current drenched state. But it's good that he has a towel already, at least.]
