[Well...this is an interesting sight that clicks onto each and every SFC this late morning.
The Head Priestess, Thalassino, looks into the screen calmly, tilting her head and smiles quietly. She has not spoken to the foreigners as a whole in a very long time, hasn't she?
But it seems as though she has an announcement to make.
Her tone is calm but firm, expression still somewhere between quietly thoughtful and reassuring.]
My dear foreigners.
[The smile fades slightly--she looks regretful.]
I have not been able to speak with you as much as I would like. Each and every one of you is welcome here for the entirety of your stay, and we are blessed to have you here.
I am afraid I have an announcement to make. For the safety of each person in Vatheon, there will be a curfew established in the city.
There is no need for alarm, I assure you. It is certain to only be a temporary measure, but I would appreciate your full cooperation during this period of hardship.
But please--if there are any concerns, I would be happy to hear them and assist you in resolving them. You are, after all, our important guests.

ooc/details; That's right, Vatheon! Thalassino has issued a curfew in response to the things that have been happening around Vatheon as of late. Anyone after dark will be breaking curfew, and well...
If you break curfew, your character will regret it. In fact, they will be attacked...by a simple, incorporeal shadow. The shadow won't be able to beaten back (attacks will go right through it), and when it attacks your character, they'll disappear.
Only for a few hours, though, no need for panic! And then in the morning they will reappear, unconscious on the ground and rather, well...wet.
It is possible, however, to outrun the shadow! If they realize quickly enough, of course, and manage to get inside and into the light. It won't follow you there.
Of course, none of the foreigners know this. All they know is what Thalassino just told them, but do feel free to question her further; she's feeling like now might be a good time to reconnect with the foreigners of her city.
