Don't worry, he's distracted quickly enough by trying to sit up. Holding his head again, he starts to chuckle quietly.
Then his eyes widen. He seems to remember that he isn't in Ikebukuro anymore. He suddenly stands up- oh but wait, blood rush! He falls right back down, this time on his knees. He's annoyed at himself for showing such a moment of weakness, but doesn't let on. Nope, he keeps on smiling.]
