[Phoenix, surprisingly, liked water. So this whole being stuck under water thing didn't bug him. Well, no, it bugged him. Bugged him a lot, but he wasn't going to keep himself from the water

(Touka, as usual, is lost in her own little world and not really paying attention to where she's going, thinking about what weird dimension she ended up in and certain body-stealing, power-stealing cat -- fox? -- boys and training, lots of training. She almost trips over someone sitting in the grass, but stops herself just in time.)

Oh, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry!

(And she almost crashes into another new person. Good going, Touka. Damnit, she has to be WAY, WAY more careful. Of course this resolution will last for about thirty seconds.)

[Asdfghjkl what what what. He was too busy paying attention to the water to notice the girl come up to him and looks up at the last minute as she bumps into her. He raises a hand to hold her back but suddenly she's bumping into another person and christ, where did all these people come from?

So, he jumps up, holding her shoulder to steady her and watching at the regular villager walks off after hearing her apologies, mumbling something around "weird foreigners".]

Ah, calm down! It's alright!

(Aaaaand randomly bumping into townspeople, and them staring at her strangely. Hey, it's just like home! Although it's a good thing that between whatever weird stuff this city has going on and that bastard, she's pretty low on power. She looks up at the man holding her shoulder.)

Sorry. Really sorry. Are you okay?

[He chuckles at how worried the girl looks and nods his head.]

Yeah, peachy! Uhm... [He sighs, getting right to the point.] Are you a foreigner too?

[IS SOMEONE LOOKING FOR FRIENDS-- Well, Silabus has been keeping up with his jogging program he'd started back home, and generally he liked to hang around the park. But, it was about time for a cool down period, and since he spotted someone near the pond, he ventured over and sat down not too far from him.]

It's a nice day out, isn't it?

[Phoenix saw the kid sit near him and just continued moving his toes in the water until he spoke.]

Um, I guess so. The water's nice and cool.

[He grins in an unsure manner since well, the weather doesn't really change here. |:]

[He was actually sitting on the grass with his feet in the pond, but it's all the same really! He looks up as the girl approaches and something feels... familiar about her, but he just gives her a small smile.]

It's actually really nice, despite being underwater I haven't gone swimming.

[His smile turns into a cheeky grin and he looks back at the pond, toes splashing slightly.]

[Looks over her as she sits before turning back to the pond and giving a shrug.]

They don't seem too advanced besides the SFCs. I don't think there's even a television here. Plus, is there anything underneath the pavement other then sand?

... But it'd still be kind of nice if there was one. Even if just for ironic purposes. [A little chuckle here.]

[ Klavier would be wounded about that 'maybe,' Phoenix. As it is, his powers of radar or suddenly appearing out of nowhere (possibly like a prince) are in full effect, since he seems to have just appeared right behind you. And you have been playfully smacked on the back. ]

Well! I'd been worried about you, Herr Wright. And here I thought you'd completely forgotten what going 'outside' and 'enjoying yourself' was. Way to disprove my theory; just like a true defense attorney~!

[ He's playfully saying all of this in jest, of course. ♥ He's even got his guitar with him. Seriously, does he ever NOT carry that thing with him? ]

[A grin and he holds onto one arm with the other as he stands in front of Klavier.]

[Is that an Angsting Phoenix™. Because if it is, Maya is going to have to fix this business. She waves at him erratically from a distance as soon as she spots him, but doesn't know if he actually sees her - either way, Maya will be bounding up with a giant grin on her face. Be happy, you >|]

[He doesn't see her actually, jumping when she arrives and looking up at her. At her words he frowns, eyebrows furrowing.]

[And with that, he pushes himself off the grass and stands up, brushing off his pants.]

Now where have you been? I didn't see you this morning.

I was out getting breakfast! You have to start off the day right, you know. And not all of us can survive on coffee. [Especially now that burgers are a scarce menu item.]
