Joshua got there a bit before the two stood up. He could tell they weren't brothers just by looking at their physical appearance. It left only two options: best friends or lovers. For teasing purposes, he was shooting for lovers, though he had the feeling it was more platonic with them than not. Before pulling their attention to him, he was going to grab a couple of towels. It was a common courtesy nowadays for newcomers.

"My, quite the attractive couple the city has attracted this time. I suppose a welcome to Vatheon is in order," the teen told them as he approached, tossing a towel at Tamaki and handing the other one to Kyouya.

Tamaki caught the towel before it hit the ground, giving Joshua a wide smile. "Thank you!" he replied cheerfully, shaking out his hair before toweling it mercilessly. Snuggling it around his shoulders, he cocked his head and bowed slightly, the smile never once wavering.

"It's wonderful to meet you. I'm Tamaki, and this is Kyouya~!"

Kyouya took his own towel, remaining silent. Usually, he let Tamaki do the talking. ... Maybe this was a bad idea? He sighed, toweling off his hair. Tamaki, think about what you're saying! His expression remained calm, though he put a polite smile on his face. "Please don't be confused, we're certainly not a couple."

"Pleasure," he commented. "Vatheon, you say?" Hmm... Curious Kyouya is curious.

"Really? Well, I'm not one to judge," he shrugged, letting them take that however they pleased. He gave the blond an amused look. "Pleasure's all mine, I'm sure. I'm Joshua."

Charming boys, though. It was certainly a relief to see politeness like this compared to the trolls that were running around. Joshua nodded at the question.

"Yep, Vatheon. That's the city we're in right now. It has the curious habit of dragging people from their home dimension into here. So far, it seems that there's a pattern to when people come here, and there's a moment in which it stops taking people for some reason or another," Joshua tapped his chin, "Ah, and we haven't found a way out so far."

[He has taken to wandering around, along with towels, because he has noticed quite easily that there are new people arriving again (do they show up only at the end of the month...?). So it isn't any surprise to him when he sees two wet newcomers...though they seem to know each other. That's odd.

He walks over and offers two towels from the ones he carries.]

You are both new here, right?

"Yes~!"

He had been facing the other way, but when he hears the voice, he turns and smiles, his arms hugging around his torso. There's a towel around his neck, but he takes the new towel regardless. "It's wonderful to meet you!" A quick bow, and he holds out his hand. "I'm Tamaki, and this is Kyouya!"

Hm, well there was no shortage of manners here, thus far. Though Kyouya hated owing anyone anything. It was best to keep it to a minimum. Still, he politely smiled and took the towels, offering thanks.

"So it would seem," he commented, smiling once more.

Minato simply nodded in response to that--one seemed very exuberant, the other more calculating, not that either surprised him--and took the other's hand. He could be polite, after all, and they were new.

"My name is Minato Arisato. It's a pleasure to meet you, Tamaki-san, Kyouya-san."

He paused, allowing them a moment to dry themselves off a little, and then continued, "This is Vatheon. Have you gotten any information about this place?"

Kristoph had not expected to run across people on his walk through the city, but he supposed that it was to be expected when it came down to the fact that Vatheon was ridiculous beyond measure. He stands to the side for a long moment, watching the two interact - because, as he knew well, interactions with people you were close to said a lot about your character.

Interesting.

They weren't brothers, though they seemed to have affection for each other that was similar to that. Aren't you the one always going on about us being family? Very interesting. Not brothers - perhaps step-brothers? If one was forceful about their family relation then perhaps the other was not fond of the union of their parents - if it were true, of course. When the boys scrambled to their feet Kristoph stepped forward, a soft, polite smile crossing his lips.

"Good morning, boys. I assume you're new here?"

"Oh!" Tamaki turns and smiles, warm and inviting. "Yes! Hello! Good morning." He nods quickly, a little half-done bow. "I'm Tamaki, and this is Kyouya, and we've only just arrived! It's nice to meet you~!"

Hm? Well, that was an interesting feeling. His perceptions and gut instincts were rarely wrong. Kyouya, much more cautious of trusting people so readily, smiled politely. "Certainly are. Ootori Kyouya. Pleasure is mine, certainly."

Still going to be cautious of what information they release now. As long as Tamaki doesn't open his big yap.

"I am Kristoph Gavin - the honour is mine, I assure you," he smiles, soft, and as he pushes his glasses up his nose the sunlight glints off them. "I'm afraid I play the bearer of bad news - you're in a city called Vatheon. In case you were unable to tell, it's underwater - and there's no escape."

Usagi had been taking a wonderful little stroll through Vatheon with her not-so-tiny kitten draped over her shoulders when she had strolled into the area where the two sopping wet boys were. She hadn't noticed them yet, but her darling cat had. In it's playful nature, it stood from her shoulder and hopped down, making a bee line for the two host club members to sniff them out curiously.

"Ah--! Hikage-chan! Where are you going?!"

"Oh! Hello there," Tamaki greeted the kitten, smiling down at it. He knelt and reached out to skritch behind its ears, looking up at Kyouya. "Isn't he adorable?"

"Where are you going?!" he heard, and, scooping up the kitten, stood inquisitively, looking around for the voice. He notices Usagi and steps forward, smiling warmly, turning on the charm.

"Oh... Hello, Princess," he called out, cocking his head. "It's lovely to meet you!"

Eh? Kyouya glanced down to the kitten at their feet, then to Tamaki. Ugh, pets.

But, it wasn't unlike the blond to help. Especially considering there was a girl involved, if the voice was any indication. His eyes turned to the girl as she approached. He'd let Tamaki do what he did best, and throw on his polite smile.

"My name is Kyouya Ootori. This is Tamaki." Oh yes. Charming.

The moon rabbit almost comes to a complete halt when what kind of individual has her cat.

HOLY CRAP HER CAT WAS BEING HANDLED BY A REALLY HOT GUY.

Ahem. Despite the flustered look that threatened to overtake her features, Usagi manages to keep herself together as she approaches the two, a grateful smile spreading on her lips as she sees that Hikage is just arching complacently at the attention.

"Thank you so much for catching Hikage-chan. He always loves running off on me." A complete commoner from the looks of her... everything except that crystal pendant hanging from her neck. "A-ah! It's nice to meet you too!" She spazzes just slightly before giving a polite bow. "My name is Usagi Tsukino!"

It's hard for Akito to be anything but cheerful since the events of Valentine's, so instead of his usual instinct of feeling emphatically sorry for the new arrivals he is simply surprised, and happy that they at least arrived together. The timing was lucky for them, since Akito had been on his way with some towels to the lake. Ikki was most likely already there training, and Agito wanted to start making up for his week of inactivity.

"Here are some towels," he quips as he closes in on them, holding out the bunches of fabric. "And welcome to Vatheon, I guess! You can get dry clothes for free, since the people here are kind."

"Oh! Thank you, Princess!" ..Yeah, he totally thinks this lovely young chap is female. He bows and reaches out for Akito's hand, meaning to kiss it lightly. "Everyone has been so kind, but none as lovely as you!" Warm, overly charming smiles.

... Princess? Excuse Kyouya while he hides his smirk and his his glasses will gleam slightly and hide his amused eyes. You would think he would realize this after the second time. Oh well. Kyouya will play along with the rouge for a while.

"Pleasure to meet you; thank you for the towels," he said calmly, offering a wonderfully pleasant smile. "My name is Kyouya. This is Tamaki."

He's surprised by the princess remark, as well as the move to kiss his hand. It's strange for a boy to be nice and affectionate to him like this and he can't help but blush just a bit as he retracts his hand.

"I'm no princess," he says. "I am Wanijima Akito. Um... You should make sure to touch the coral if you haven't yet, since it gives back the energy you lost from coming here somehow."
