[Through the power of ~time paradoxes~, this thread takes place after.

So, having gotten clean clothes and now both being dry, Minato strolls beside his friend, hands in his pockets. He's...taking this rather well himself, though he's still unsettled by the apparent fact that Akihiko no longer remembers him.

Anyway--]

I don't know if there are rides here, Ryoji-kun.

[Thankfully, that spell spam? Takes them out rather nicely. For a moment, there is emptiness, and they have room to breathe again.

A breath--spells and persona summoning really isn't as easy here, which is odd, since he thought it was the dark hour that made them more tired more quickly--and he nods to Ryoji.]

Where is the building you mentioned?

[ And he changes back. There is a simple flash of light, and Ryoji is standing there, clothes normal and all. ]

Down the street, I think. In between two areas.

[ ... A pause. And then he just... grabs Minato and begins running like hell, possibly faster than one should be able to. Sorry bro, you're getting dragged--or rather pulled at Ryoji-speed--to this place.

[ And he CONTINUES dragging Minato until they come to the buildings set up between the Church and the lower district.

A glance around. It looks like...a normal apartment building. And while he knows looks can be deceiving--]

Is there a reason the ghosts can't get in here?

... Uh... maybe they don't like the architecture?

[...Pffff. He doesn't really have a better explanation, anyway--

He'll just walk further in, looking around nonchalantly, hands still in his pockets.]

...At least there is a place for people who can't defend themselves to go.

[ A pause. He seems... fairly serious for once. ]

It's... far too taxing on you right now to keep using your Persona, though. I should go and look by myself--they can't kill me, anyway, and I won't get tired like you do.

I really hate revealing my form like this, but...

[He glances to Ryoji, shaking his head.]

It would be better not to separate. I'll be fine so long as we don't overdo it, and I'll be careful.

Though we should help those we can, particularly if they can't defend themselves.

[He nods, smiling reassuringly. And he repeats--]

[Checking to be sure he has his evoker, and--]

You can sense where the ghosts are, Ryoji-kun. Are there any groups of them? They might gather where there is prey.

[ He considers, closing his eyes, trying to get a feel for it. ]

... From nearby here, there's a group of them. It's pretty big, too... I can't give you exact directions, but I think if we just go outside I'll be able to find it by following wherever they're coming from strongest.

I'm not like Fuuka-san, so I can't help you with any of that... sorry, Minato-kun.

There's nothing to apologize for. That is helpful already.

[A grateful nod, and the smile shifts into something determined.]

We'll go from there, then.

[They can wing it. It'll totally work.]

[ Totally ready, Bronato. LET'S ROLL.

Ryoji heads out the door. He hasn't changed yet, but the sword Thanatos usually carries is in his hand. It's probably safe to say he's doing this so that anyone they come across to help won't be scared stiff. ]

[And off they go! They head towards the group of ghosts, Minato listening closely for any sounds of anyone-- There would be screams, right?

So he listens, eyes peeled as they hurry forward. He has no illusions. They won't be able to keep this up all night long. But they can save who they can, and that's a few people more than if they did nothing.

And suddenly, a man (a native?) runs towards them, gasping and eyes wide, and Minato barely sidesteps, blinking.

...of course. What else would he be fleeing but the ghosts--

And so he turns as quickly as he is able to, and...yep. There they come.]
