[Today, Sora is looking for something.... or someone. Perhaps both. His increasingly frantic search first begins in his apartment, moving things aside and looking in all the nooks and crannies of their bedrooms

[Riku stared as he walked back into their apartment, seeing Sora practically tearing up the apartment. And they said that he was losing it... He shook his head regardless, before making his presence known.]

...What are you doing, Sora?

[lockandkeyblade]

[Sora's searching under the bed when Riku gets there, and he nearly bangs his head on the underside of it when Riku speaks up. Once he gets out from under it, he just gives Riku and urgent look.]

Riku, it's gone. I can't find it.

[limitless_land]

[He almost chuckled at that, but he stops himself when he sees Sora's face. "It?"]

It? The charm Kairi gave you? [Boy, Kairi would be ticked about that.]

[lockandkeyblade]

Yeah! I always have it with me, how could it just disappear like that?

[duggydug]

Hi there, Master! You seem to be busy looking for something? Can I help? I am a good tracker!

[lockandkeyblade]

... Dug?

[Sora's pretty glad to see you, buddy.]

Y-yeah. Actually, maybe you can!

Um... I know you can track down birds, but can you track down people? And things?

[duggydug]

[Dug proudly wagged his tail at this and excitedly hopped about. He would love nothing more than to help his master and get some praise for it.]

Oh yes! You can give me something they have and I will sniff them out for you! I can sniff them!

Yeah!

Um... let's try and find Danny first. A bunch of his stuff is still here, even if he's been gone for a few days. Come on, we'll get you something from his room.

[Sora makes his way quickly to Danny's room. When he comes back out, he has a giant pile of laundry which he unceremoniously dumps in front of Dug.]

Think maybe you can get a scent from Danny with all this?

[Red paused and blinked at the rushing Sora all over the place. did something happen again?

he decided to stop and wait for the right timing, before he reached his hand out and stopped Sora on his shoulder gently.]

... Sora?

[lockandkeyblade]

[Sora blinks, the touch bringing him out of his thoughts.]

Oh ... it's you.

You're... Red, right?

[pristinestar]

[he nodded at that and then lets go]

What's wrong?

[lockandkeyblade]

I can't find em'. I've looked everywhere.

[Sora fishes through his pack and quickly pulls out a small photograph featuring Sora, Riku and Danny to show it to Red.].

Have you seen this guy around by any chance?

[ Seems like it was really important, whatever Sora's looking for. He reaches out a hand, grasping Sora by the shoulder. ]

Hey. Sora, you alright? What's going on?

[lockandkeyblade]

[Sora stops, whirls around and sees Luka. There's a flash of happy recognition that only lasts for a few seconds.]

Luka, you gotta help me. I can't find em'- I've looked everywhere.

[ It looked REALLY bad if even Sora got all riled up. ]

Hold on and slow down a second. What're you looking for? Where's the last place you saw them, whatever they are.

[lockandkeyblade]

The first thing is that I can't find Danny. I've been all over the place but no one's seen em'. I tried calling him on the SFC, but I can't even find his name on the list. He could be hurt, or even in trouble.

And the second thing is the charm Kairi gave me. It's really really important. I always have it, but I was looking for it today in my pack and it wasn't there.

How could it just disappear?

[Fran had been out collecting groceries, and is walking home when Sora had come running up. Ah, yes, she remembers him well. The boy from the festival. The one she stole from. And it seems he's looking for the trinket.]

This charm. It is... Special to you?

[The thought that it might be more than just a valuable is something that hadn't occurred to her until now. It's a strange thing, this boy. He reminds her so much of Vaan in so many ways.]

Yeah. More than anything. I gotta find it. It's not even mine, it belongs to a really, really good friend.

Have you seen it anywhere?

STFU that makes me want pie.

[...Ah. So the trinket is not his own. That changes things. She can't help but want to finger that charm in her pocket. Perhaps she's been going soft. Either way, she pretends to act as if it's surprise to find out he's the owner. Balthier will probably tease her if he finds out, but she digs into the pack at her side and removes it, holding it out.]

...I came across it at the festival. It was upon the ground. I knew not whose it was.

lemon pie, cherry pie, blueberry, pumpkin, pecan...

[Sora gapes in shock, taking the charm into his hands. His face lights up and he looks up at Fran, grateful.]

This is it! I can't believe you found it! I really don't know how to repay you!
