[Today, Sora is looking for something.... or someone. Perhaps both. His increasingly frantic search first begins in his apartment, moving things aside and looking in all the nooks and crannies of their bedrooms

[ Seems like it was really important, whatever Sora's looking for. He reaches out a hand, grasping Sora by the shoulder. ]

Hey. Sora, you alright? What's going on?

[lockandkeyblade]

[Sora stops, whirls around and sees Luka. There's a flash of happy recognition that only lasts for a few seconds.]

Luka, you gotta help me. I can't find em'- I've looked everywhere.

[ It looked REALLY bad if even Sora got all riled up. ]

Hold on and slow down a second. What're you looking for? Where's the last place you saw them, whatever they are.

The first thing is that I can't find Danny. I've been all over the place but no one's seen em'. I tried calling him on the SFC, but I can't even find his name on the list. He could be hurt, or even in trouble.

And the second thing is the charm Kairi gave me. It's really really important. I always have it, but I was looking for it today in my pack and it wasn't there.

How could it just disappear?

[ The first fact makes him take a step back and frown slightly. If Danny's name was gone... ]

...Sora, I think you'd better sit down for a second, okay?

[ He keeps a firm hand on the boy's shoulder, just in case he'd need the support. ]

I think Danny's gone back home. You probably won't be able to find him anywhere in the city. Can't even be sure if he's going to come back.

But... that charm? Maybe that's around the city somewhere.

[It takes a few seconds for him to process what Luka's saying. Even then, he just gives Luka a funny look.]

Wait, he can't be gone. He didn't even say anything about it.

And! I thought we were stuck here in Vatheon for a really long time.

That doesn't make any sense.

You know how some of them disappear...? I think it's kind of like that.

Some people come and go.

[Sora turns his eyes away to something in the distance.]

... And you don't think he's coming back?

Maybe he'll come back... someday.

You never know when it comes to Vat, right? They come and go like nobody's business.

[ He squeezes Sora's shoulder a moment. Poor kid looked like he needed it. ]

[Sora's quiet for some time. Frown deepening, eyes focusing on nothing in particular.]

[And then the change is almost a little abrupt. Sora perks up, unnaturally quickly.]

Well... then that's a good thing right? It probably means he went back home.

[ At first he was worried that Sora was going to take it badly but it seemed that he was going to be okay. Luka's still a little worried but... if his little buddy's perky again... ]

Yeah. He's probably back home, safe and sound.

[ Have a hair ruffle to cheer you up. ]

Now. About that charm.

[As Luka gives the hair ruffle, the smile is certainly there but... it's a little lackluster, and looks almost like he's trying a bit too much.]

It's way better he's at home than in a place like this. No more memory problems, no more crowded apartment, no more bad Halloween Nights...

... Yeah. Now that I know Danny's gone back, I can focus on finding it, I guess.

[ He's not letting your head go. ]

So... this charm. What's it like? Where'd you see it last?

[Inwardly, Sora appreciates the lingering contact. It... helps.]

I know, Luka. He always ends up okay. I guess I kinda hoped... to say goodbye at least?

[He pauses.]

I don't know. Usually I don't even take it out of my pack for anything. I've always got it in there. I just found it gone this morning.

[ He keeps an arm around him. Lil bro needs love like burning for a bad day, right? ]

Maybe you dropped it somewhere? We should go around where you were yesterday and retrace your steps. Maybe someone picked it up.
