i. Personal Update. So I turned 20 last August so I decided to finally push through with a Harry Potter themed birthday party. I love how people here in lj do Christmas packages. I love Tumblr, but there isn't really much of this going on.

YES DOWNTOWN ABBEY! I've only finished the pilot but I am emotionally invested already. I want to do a longer post on it, probably on my graphics comm, once I'm done but I did put some of my thoughts right now in reply to courtisanes comment :)

lol exactly. Apparently I suffer from Senioritis, whose symptoms include the lack of will to work on anything academically related.

I'm watching Supernatural with one of my other friends since she wants me to try one of her fandoms after I forced her to watch introduced her to Misfits, Bored to Death, & Parks and Recreation ( ... )

Potter party. ENVYYY. Idc if I will have mine when I turn 30, but I must throw a HP-themed party too. THERE WILL BE SORTING. Yes. Anyway.

Aaahhh, so how are you ~settling in at Downton? It's become one of my favorite shows of all time. Thought it'd be just another pretty period drama, but oh god, MY HEART. With the war coming (lol not really a spoiler~ because ya know...it happened), I just want to ship everyone/happiness right now. Uuugghhh.

HOLY CRAP SORTING. How did I miss that? ;_____;

Shit hasn't hit the fan yet in the Pilot but it's so lovely and fucking BATES. Why must this man exist? He just wants to be treated like everyone else but Sarah O'Brien is being a bitch of lies and kicking, and Thomas is taking out his anger of being a closeted gay on everyone. CAN'T THEY JUST GET ALONG? (lol ofc not or the downstairs life would be so boring)

I can sense that I'll like Mary just like everyone else, but it's just the Pilot and I haven't reached that point yet. lol at Edith's fixation with the damn attic. Makes you want to scream at her "ffs they did not have sex okay?!"

I also like the Cora-Violet alliance. Cora is a tough cookie, which I didn't really expect. Ofc Violet was gonna be an hbic, but just the back and forth between them is fantastic. I can't wait for the two of them to have more meetings in Violet's (not really a) cottage to talk about Downtown and argue over electricity :))
