I seem to have arrived at as good a place as I have ever been. The move in August has helped.

Another good thing is I am finally establishing a morning routine that accomplishes some of my goals and puts me in a good frame of mind for the rest of the day. I've been struggling for a couple of years to get my rising time moved earlier so I would ( Read more... )

... and, while genuine habits require at least six weeks to establish, I take encouragement ... it is more than perfectly allowable to periodically let people know about continuing, week by week, to develop a sensible habit, so they can give encouragement too.

It IS good to hear that you have found an effective combination for a morning routine.

Sorry, I have been negligent in replying to comments lately. I appreciate your comment, and really can use the encouragement. The good news here is that I have pretty well continued the same morning routine for about a month now, and it is producing a slow upswell of energy, creativity and concentration.

It would be great to get together sometime when it is possible for you.
