5.5 weeks post surgery
I am feeling pretty good. Got my blood levels up. Got my wounds healed on the outside. I can't lift boxes yet. I am ok with that. I can't dance yet. Not that there is much dancing going on right now for me. I can't run or bike yet. Wishing very much that I could bike or run. I want to get on with the new me. Or the healthier me. Dammit
Day 7 of meds and Olly was doing fine. 3 days left to go. Tonight he got worse again after everything is closed. Another completely sleepless night this will be. Plus I am back to work and my fundage is low. But I will call the vet in the am for an evening appointment so that I can try to get him in after work. It was all going so damn well too. -

So the vet was good and kind. We did X-rays. He has severe bronchitis, and possible upper respiratory infection. He might have fluid in his lungs. He got a shot of medicine at the vets to kick start the healing. I am to give him 2 pills every 12 hour for ten days. Already he is so very much better ( Read more... ) -

Only an hour and a half left until the vet opens, then I can take him in. Haven't slept yet. Very very tired. -

I am so worried about my cat. He had been sneezing off and on for a while now but with my surgery and recoup issues I think I may have put taking him to the vet off too long. Tonight he got way worse. He is having a lot of trouble breathing. Congestion and sneezing. He wheezes when he isn't sneezing. I am absolutely sick right now because there is ( Read more... ) -

Embroidery
Thinking about doing another brick stitch embroidered pouch. My leather pouch is really starting to wear out and it is handwork I won't mind doing. I have some beautiful silk threads that I got at Swan years ago. And some 28 thread count even weave.
