Ah yes, the joyful ignorance and exhuberance of youth within that environment away from home called College (or University to us Brits). Thankfully, my alcohol fuelled days as an Engineering student were more productive.
We managed to get a non working full-size fridge into our dorm and get it working again ensuring we had enough capacity to include beer in the cooler, procured an overhead projector screen from a skip to enable us to enjoy 72" screen football (soccer if you must)... and even managed to acquire an entire set of roadworks signs cones and electrics to decorate our kitchen in an improvised Christmas display. How we managed to never be caught by the police, I do not know.
Now if my fellow students and I were THAT creative, I'm certain you could have been!
