So, since I've been working with middle schoolers, I felt the need to read back through all my journals (hand written) that I had from when I was in middle school. I was one fucked up kid. Well Jon hasn't even left yet, and I've completely had it with the Navy. He was up at 5am this morning, and has been gone over 12 hours on his last day in this country. I just got back from my first ever pre-deployment meeting.

2 months. I've done so much longer before. But this hurts.
