We had another tour booked, this time with Fundacion En Via, a charity who provide loans and training to help indigenous women set up businesses. We meet with our small tour group at the beautiful Oaxaca Cultural Institute and set off back down the route towards Hierve El Agua to a small hillside village called San Miguel del Valle.

Mexico Day 1-2 Oaxaca and Monte Alban
And so it begins, my epic travel blog about my holiday in Mexico! I doubt anyone will read it but I've been writing it up on my tablet for the past month and want it here, because that's what my Dreamwidth account is for. This post is primarily to remind me what I watched on board, which wasn’t much as I was struggling to stay awake whilst at the same time unable to sleep.
On the way out, my first film was Isle of Dogs, whilst Rob watched Tomb Raider.

back from Mexico
Today has been spent at home, wondering whether I have jetlag or just a bit tired, doing all the laundry and finding homes for my many, many purchases made during the past two weeks in Mexico.

London Film Festival 2018
This time last year I had just finished my Masters dissertation, one of the sacrifices of this was not seeing any films during the London Film Festival.
