...I guess that book four is Bartimaeus. I'm thinking the first one, Amulet of Samarkand. I swear one of them ended with the "Just something to remember me by" line!

Also, I am glad that kitty snugglings helped ♥ I'd say to try not to worry too much, but I definitely know how hard that is!
