Actually, we weren't. This is just me being up past my bedtime and listening to RuPaul on repeat.
I have two sincere phobias and one that I developed mostly because it seemed like everyone else had it and I guess I wanted to fit in. I don't wanna trigger anyone else's, so it's snakes, stuff under your skin, and inexplicable doors.

It makes me sad that snakes freak you out :( I looove snakes, I think they're so cool and sweet and fascinating. I would own a pet snake if I could. Nothing dangerous, of course, but I definitely wouldn't mind having a little snake friend. We used to have a cat that would hunt only snakes, though. It was hilarious. My dad likes snakes because they serve a purpose in the gardening world, but our cat, Momo, wouldn't hunt rodents or even birds. He'd hunt only snakes, then drag them up into a tree and leave them there. So we had this fucked up garland on our front tree that my dad would have to clean up.
. . . That probably didn't help you at all did it? D:
The door thing is also very interesting. I have this thing about open doors. It doesn't matter where they lead to, but open doors make me ( ... )

Also, my achilles tendon. I can't explain why, but I hate needing to touch it myself, and I will completely collapse if someone else touches it. It's just not a part of me I want anything to do with.

I have no reasoning behind the door thing -- I think that's why I'm so sincerely confused by my phobia of them? It's such a strange thing to be frightened by, and yet I also have no reasoning behind why they frighten me, they just do.

Though I am the type to be pressed against them wondering what is on the other side.....which isn't always a good thing. Because I know if I am on this side trying to hear or see something that someone else could be on the other! That creeps me out too.
