Yes, they do! You can buy them (on request) on their website. (www.rockoon.de)
Or on eBay, they have a account here :)
I just bought mine ^_^

I don't know who he's called but he's from Cinema Bizarre.

Seems to be Luminor from the german Band "Cinema Bizarre". They are (or claim to be x) Visual Kei... since I'm not into that kind of music, I can't judge this labeling, but I know that they are very highly controversial in the german VK-"scene".

BTW, he's a huge fan of our Ville :)
