I do have to say that while eleven o'clock church is nice, it is taking some getting used to.  We were on time to church, but we didn't get anything done after church except for dinner and cleaning up Sydney's room and the living room.  We had pineapple salsa chicken for dinner, which was nice because it was good, easy and made a ton that I can

I have 1 o'clock church now. Ew. I have a really hard time getting enthusiastic about it. I can't do anything after church and really get into it. I miss my 11am church. :(

That pineapple salsa chicken sounds incredible--you should post the recipe if you have time. I'm trying to be better about trying new recipes this year and cooking a little more often. We'll see how it goes...
