Describe what their special powers/talents are: Dr. Horrible, besides possessing a PhD in "horribleness", is a genius inventor of diabolical yet not-quite-effective machines. His arsenal of evil devices include a transmatter ray (which mixes up the molecules of whatever he's transporting during the procedure, rendering the object unrecognizable from its original form) and a freeze ray to stop his enemies in their tracks (takes a few moments to start up, and is not always guaranteed to work for long periods of time). Other inventions include a death ray and muscle neutralizer ray, both of which failed to work
