Yikes…I realised this over a year overdue. :”> I was given the letter E by ladyadeone, and I chose to do antagonists, whether they be villains or just people who make things difficult for the heroes

Oh, yes, I'm still waiting to see what you come up with for that one. ;))
Thank you! :) I thought it was more put together than my last one :">, so I'm really glad you liked it. :) I tried to be enigmatic (I could've used that word, too! :P) while still explaining what I meant, so I'm happy it worked.
Intensely embarrassing that I haven't commented on... anything! lately.
This is great! I didn't know you'd read the Percy Jackson books! I just started - am halfway through the first book. It's pretty entertaining. :) I'm getting more and more interested in Full-Metal Alchemist, despite a long-standing lack of interest in anime/similar styles. Shall have to look it up.
Oh - I read Cinder! It was good. The only critique I can think of at the moment is that the author seems over-fond of the word "Sneer" and that the big twist was too easy to guess. But as fairy tale adaptions go, it is a good one.
So far I'm definitely enjoying them. I've kinda stalled though because my sisters are wanting to read them with me and I'm waiting for them to catch up. Thanks for the Full-Metal Alchemist info. :) I'll probably wait- I'm working on enough series right now as it is!
I've just finished Scarlet. Have you read it? I'm not entirely sure what I think of it yet, but it was certainly engrossing, more intense than Cinder, and I will be reading Cress when it comes out.
Yay, glad you're liking them! :) Hehe, yep, I know how that goes with slow progress because everyone wants to go at the same pace. ;)) How far are you all? No problem. :) Yes, know what you mean about a book/series overload. ;))
Yes, I actually have! Mel and I have actually been discussing it---we agreed that we liked it overall, but the Scarlet/Wolf relationship kind of happened quickly. I did like how Wolf really wasn't trustworthy until the end, and the explanation of the alpha male instincts/alpha female amused me. ;)) Yeah, I'm looking forward to Cress too. :)

Excellent character choices, quotes, and non-spoilery thoughts. Wow... :D
