LOLOL, thanks! ;P

I had sooooo much fun writing this -- not often I get the chance (or the inclination) to do dorky, silly fluff.

*Dies* Charlotte dressed as Indiana Jones!!! I'm already very very gay for Charlotte and that might just have pushed me over the edge. LMAO.

This is bloody adorable, brilliant interactions and it makes my poor charladay heart ache, Cos goddammit! They deserved to have halloweens and christmas's and all that seasonal frivolity together.

Hahaha, thanks! I figured out of anyone, she could pull off the outfit. Lara Croft would have been a good choice, too ... ;P

They deserved to have halloweens and christmas's and all that seasonal frivolity together. Agreed, 100 per cent.

um, OMG I love this!
Charlotte/Daniel FLUFF!? I think this must be a first - their storyline is simply too depressing for people to write a lot of fluff. After reading this, they should start! They are positively adorable - I love both of there costumes and the fact that Daniel mumbles that he is fun to himself *squishes*. Hee, this is awesome! I'm really getting into the Halloween spirit with everyone's fic!

Hahaha, thanks so much!

I know! Fluff, eh? I think I've written Dan/Charlotte fluffiness ... once before? (Of course it was completely AU as well, with them as students at Oxford.) I've said it to a lot of people before, I find it really, really hard to write them as anything but -- at minimum -- bittersweet, knowing what's in store. But the fluff is fun (though admittedly a bit unnerving to write).

Hahaha, I bet Dan would totally think he's super-fun -- if listening to physics jokes is your idea of a good time. ;P

I needed something cheerful after your last piece (although it was wonderful) and it was kind of you to oblige. Charlianda Jones will need her bullwhip if her black hole of a boyfriend does what black holes do and sucks all the women at the party into his orbit! She just has to remember the shorts look good and then she can attract him into her own orbit and they can leave the party happy. I like them to be happy; they had too little time for it in canon, so maybe happy Charladay can turn into a recurring theme (a theme in canon, as it were) and make us all happy.

Oh man, your entire comment had me giggling! And yes, I'm sure those shorts will keep Dan from pulling too many ladies into his orbit. ;P

I like them happy, too -- there were too few moments of that in canon, where they were chatting or together without death looming over their heads (though I suppose the same could be said for a lot of the characters).

First off, a big, huge thanks for reminding me that sometimes I do love writing fluff! It was such a great prompt, and I had so much fun putting it together! It's nice to take a break from all the waaaaangst, too, sometimes. :D

And thank you so much for all the lovely comments! One of the things that attracted me to both characters was their rapport when they didn't have death or terrible things hanging over them -- like when they were on their way to the Tempest, or the Staff -- and the easy banter they seemed to share. I realize after doing this ficlet that I miss writing that -- their dynamic that they just really seem to enjoy each other's company. I think I'm going to have to do this more often, so thanks again for the push! ;D
