Well, a 5K is a little diferent then training for an actual marathon. For me, I was already running three miles a day (which I've cooled off of lately, just in consideration for the health of my knees in the long run). So what I did, was just slowly ofer the course of the month, worked on making my three mile time faster and faster. This helped cause I run on a treadmill, thus I can force my body to have to keep up with faster speeds.

I ran my 5K on June 18th, and I did it in 23:22, averageing 7:33 a mile, and 94th out of 505 (but that's completely misleading, cause it was a Walk/Run)

Curly hair, girls underestimate its power, truly.

Well well well!!!! 7:33 a mile, ain't you spiffy? I'm thoroughly impressed!!!

You've seen the curly hair. You know its power.

BTW, has Joe P. gotten in touch with you? He asked me for your contact info. But since you won't return my e-mails, I doubt you'd return his... ;)

Ehhh, don't be. I mean, military time is a seven minute mile, that's what I'd eventually like to get to.

And BTW, I did respond to Joe's Email. Ouch, burn!

Don't get caught running 5 kilos. That's a felony.
