I have a little bit of a cold. It's mostly just a sore throat and a cough, so it's not like it's killing me or anything. I'm not really enjoying it though. I had to break down and make coffee 'cause I was having a caffiene-withdrawal headache, so that seems to be going away.

I just feel so blah.

So my TiVo is set up and it's recording, etc. But for some reason the regular channels are all fine, but the cable channels are all REALLY REALLY quiet. If the heat kicks on I can barely hear it, even though the volume is as high as it'll go. This makes me sad, as I'm sure you can imagine.

The Tivo is finally set up. I'm really glad that my whole plan for tonight was "set up Tivo" because other than my trip to Best Buy to get a USB adapter and the walk I had to take to calm myself and keep myself from setting my buiding on fire since TiVo was being a douchebag, I haven't had time to do anything else ( Read more... )

My friend Larry just took me out to lunch at Ruth's Chris (or whatever the hell it's called) Steak House and it was soooooooo good.

And my Tivo got here, so as soon as I've had some coffee I'll be attempting to set that up.

I just shoveled the back sidewalk and cleared a path to the garbage cans. And then I made my snow angel. It's still snowing but it seems to have slowed down, so at least it'll be easier to clear the sidewalks again once it stops.

So, it's snowing like a motherfucker out there. I'm inside drinking some yummy coffee with sugar-free hazelnut. Things really COULD be worse ( Read more... )
