I may be on the edge of addiction, or at least mild fandom. The character design (which reminds me of PPG, and that's NOT a good thing for character design at least for me) put me off, but I did watch the episode nefaria suggested above. That one was a good start and I started like Twlight Sparkle as she seemed, at first, to be the only logical one around. Too bad she flipped 180 near the end for a bit... but it is a simplistic kiddie show. It also shows that this quiz is probably amiss or it's a big stretch to make Pinky my "best fit" - energetic, sure, but so... annoying.

I then decided to watch the first episode and found it was a two-parter. The whole dark/night as evil thing put me off but I went along with it. The climax was almost Captain Planet-esque but managed not to be that irksome. This also showed Twilight wasn't all that bright in some ways ( ... )
