Your sketch of McCoy is quite nice, actually. It's not like a photograph (and why should it be?), but you got all the little details that evoke the character. If that makes any sense... (and the arched eyebrow is perfect)
And the pile of Tribbles needs to be on an icon ASAP! (complete with the red hearts and sound effects)
