Oh, the angst!! Lines like this---> Tosh would have been happy to have him just for lunch, because she loved him - and that is why Owen could never give her what little she wanted.
Owen was such a tragic character. Sure, he was a bastard, but he was one of the characters how changed the most during the two seasons of Torchwood.

Sorry it's so angsty. But, you know, regrests. And all.
Why didn't anyone give me a prompt like Five times Owen and Tosh didn't die but finally got together, left Torchwood and started their own organization that was much more competent and totally kicked Torchwood's arse, especially now Torchwood had lost its only two members who knew what they were doing.?
Ah, but you have to take what you get... :P
