it was! it really sucks when people claim to be open-minded but refuse to realize that people are constantly evolving, constantly learning. i don't really care about stupid comments, what i love is someone willing to learn.
jamie, i know that's your subtle way of hitting on me, and i approve. now bask in my presence. ♥
a lot of homos don't like bi people in general because they get to experience Heterosexual Privilege when they're with partners of the opposite sex, because they're Only Partially Gay, because of a bunch of other bullshit. and a lot of people, homo or hetero, think bi folks are all about gratuitous sex, cheating, and spreading disease. there's also the stigma of bi folks being 'confused', 'undecided', 'on the fence', or 'going through a phase, honey. i was bi once too; you'll get over it'.
TRACIE I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. Thank you for articulating that. I don't necessarily indentify as bi either, but it's the closest thing to describing me, and I get so annoyed with all the stereotypes you just mentioned. TY TY TY. Would you mind if I quoted this in my own journal?
Regarding the facial hair, I personally think you should forget all the other opinions and reasons for keeping it/not keeping it, and just do what fucking makes you happy. Fuck everything else.
♥♥ i love it when people say what i'm not able to articulate. when it happens enough, when you bounce those ideas around enough, finally you find a language for what you're trying to say. i'm glad my rambling benefits people, rofl. and you always have permission to quote me, unless i state otherwise. =)
the thing is that it's impossible for me to forget. and if i want to get rid of it, why do i want to get rid of it? and if i don't, is it because i like it or because i'm trying to be rebellious?
I was wondering why you hurt your foot when I read about it a few weeks ago. But I thought maybe I missed it in a former entry and was too lazy to go back and/or ask you. :-p
But man am I learning A LOT of new shit nowadays. You can mess up your foot while masturbating. That's awesome, in an 'oh snaps' way. ^_^
