you've got me standing in an awkward position, with unwanted attention...

May 30, 2008 19:05

spent a lot of today being irritated. i pretty much started the day off irritated, which is a shame since i masturbated twice before even rolling out of bed.

one of my students filed a formal complaint against femsex for not being handicap accessible.

i don't feel like explaining.

judging by the amount of curse words, it seems i may still be quite irritated. )

gender, self-esteem, femsex, momma, father

viva la leg hair? i love you, tracie, really. you're... fucking brilliant. that's really the only way i know to say it. i thrive off of your will to be yourself, er, and i guess live vicariously through it. and i appreciate that even if you don't agree with someone doing something, you don't care, like it's their business and whatever they gotta do is alright, so long as they aren't pushing it on to you. lucky me nobody cares that i've been wearing pajamas everywhere for the past six years but i'll bet it gets pretty tiresome hearing the same thing over and over again. i love you, your leg hair, the two hairs between your boobs, and wherever else your hair feels like growing, that's gr8 too.

*kisskisshughug* tell curvaceoussalmon i say hello

i love YOU, autumn.
i hate it when people try to shove their shit off on me, so it's one of the things i try hardest not to do. people are annoying. and i love pajamas. people suck.

I love you Tracie. Because fuck, SOMEone, at some point, has to stand up and point out how ridiculous it is that we have such strict definitions of what's aesthetically acceptable, of what's considered attractive.

Your mom's projecting. I know this because my mom has done the same thing to me since I was fucking ten. "You'd look really nice if you put a little makeup on once in a while." "You better start watching your weight before it's too late." "You really should start wearing push-up bras." Meanwhile, she's been nothing but negative about her own looks for as far back as I can remember. And I guess if you're like me (or you, possibly) and don't look to celebrities as the "standard", only then do you realize how absolutely stupid the whole thing is. I'm kind of the same way about makeup as you are about shaving - I hate wearing it, feel uncomfortable and demeaned in it, don't feel like myself, etc. And I'm certainly not going to put it on because somebody's convinced me it's the only way to be "acceptable". That even sounds ( ... )

i love you. ^_^
it is absolutely ridiculous that we're all supposed to look the same when the most obvious thing in the world is that not everyone likes the same things, you know? it sucks when moms project like that, because regardless of the fact that you know it's her, there's still something that says... maybe it's me?? despite how ridiculous it is.
and i do get what you mean. <3
