I remember when my mom came to the ICU - I could not stand it the first day and ended up running out crying for an hour or so. Then I kicked my ass, got back and stood till she died. It just ... well... you know :(

It'll get better - I know that does not help now, but it will - keep kicking! The next year owns you a lot already!!

Yeah. Ivan went through the same thing.

He seems better now. But I'm just waiting for the inevitable relapses into depression. He's strong, though. He'll make it.
